Hi I'm Aurora, a licensed clinical social worker, sex therapist and certified alcohol and substance abuse counselor. I started in the field 8+ years ago in general practice treating a variety of mental health and substance use disorders. Since then I expanded my focus to primarily on relationships with others, sex and intimacy and treating the "whole" person. I enjoy working with flexible clients with a variety of approaches including CBT, MI, solution focused and narrative therapy. I tailor my approach to your needs, including providing resources like worksheet assignments or considerations for promoting change of behaviors and thoughts.
